Repetitive meals, chicken, chicken, chicken, and it was fixed in such a way. It looked like mush, give it 2 tries not satisfied. Do not want to ever use your service again.dont use it
Vegetables are overcooked. The main servings are bland.
- - Vegetables are tiny, slimy, flavorless.
- - Main entrees are worse than frozen dinners, and Marie Calendar's chicken tastes better and costs less.
I was finally able to contact a human being who assured me she would prevent anymore products being delivered. I am loath to eat food packaged and heated up in plastic.
The vegetable portions are tiny, slimy and flavorless. The main entrees I was sent were Italian and all tasted worse that the small supermarket frozen dinner that are much less expensive . I have literally throw up after eating the items with the green bean and chicken combinations; Marie Calendar's chicken entrees taste much better and offer more for a cheaper price. I can get 3 or 4 meals out of Costo's prepared offering and the taste is far superior.Their shephards's pie is a treat.
I look at what is labeled on the outside of the Factor box , then go on to the next hoping for a better option. I am repeated disappointed. The main course is usable a cheap Italian related option that is really low quality.
If the food were good, the proportions would be too small for the price. Considering the taste, I cannot finish a whole dinner.

First of all, they want your credit card information before you even see the menu. Then, when you see the menu, to your shock, there are six and 700 cal in these meals. That is no diet plan, and I want no part of it.

Discontinue my service refund the money that you charge to my card today because I did not order any food. I tried to cancel this weeks order but you charged anyway can I talk to a person?

I placed an order. I'm not getting any feedback.
I called customer service and he tells me my order is still being made up or whatever. I mean, this is a real pain in the *** I mean, the food looks really good and stuff, and I really wanted to try it, but if I don't get some feedback here real shortly, I'm just gonna cancel my order and be done with it. It's not worth what I'm going through.
Your customer service wasn't the nicest person either. I can't believe how many advertisements I get on Facebook about this place, and you're just not really friendly.

I received more than One box with no more room in the freezer. I have enough to last for the next couple of months.
So I dont need any more boxes of the same thing. Please stop sending food boxes.

No showing meals to pick before the payment
I call because I thought that I would be able to choose meals for me and my mother before I pay (put payment information), but no solución. They want my payment information before my payment info, which is not fair.
That's cheating.
You are losing customers for this reason. I know that I am not the only one.

You sent me an order of food I didnt pick out. You pushed the order through without me just because I put my credit card in.
I am lactose intolerant and allergic to eggs. I cant eat any of the meals you sent me I need to talk to a person.

No live operators; the call was dropped the four times I called. No live operator was available the four times I called.
I went through online chat, and after answering many questions, I was told that I would have to pay a $5 fee for a callback. If I could rate lower, I would.

Meals arrive warm & resolution process was frustrating
Customer service via the "chat" never comes online. Calling customer service is frustrating when they ask for your email, their own customer number, address, etc and STILL claim not to find your account, then when you mention you will just cancel the account online, they then "find you" as if by miracle.
That seems odd...
in the end they refunded us for the box that arrived warm, (hence the 3 stars for effort), but the frustration to get it resolved is concerning. May need to look for a better alternative.

FedEx leaves our packages sitting 20 feet from the highway. Anybody can steal them packages. There’s a Community trashcan they will not drive down our county road and deliver it. This is a problem

His company will not allow him to drive through our gate just to turn around. This is a problem you cannot deliver through UPS then I do not want your services
