Food is terrible quality .Using old stale foods ,passing off as fresh.

Worst customer service ever

2nd delivery came hot, not cold, the ice inside all melted and 6 food items out of 12 were damaged. They said I was going to get $71 credited to my next order.

On the next order, they charged me the full amount and the box was never delivered. The photo of the delivery is not my door's photo. They said they would refund me and never did. Today, they charged me the full amount again and did not credit me the $71 again.

I called, and they refuse to give the $71 credit until all my discounts for being a student expire. Food never came fresh, except for the 1st order.

Besides, every time I call, they are Indians; is the company actually U.S. based?

Once I figured out how to call a person, it was very good. Prior to that, from ordering food to getting questions answered was all online and for an 81 year old, very difficult.

The person on the phone was kind and efficient.

The website was very difficult for me. It would be good to have categories with non- spicy or onion free meals.

I am 81 and the website is too complex and the food you sent was not the simple food I prefer.

CALLED THE COMPANY..THEY DELIVERED ANOTHER FOOD BOX TO THE WRONG PLACE ON MY PROPERTY AND THE FOOD ALL SPOILED BEFORE I COULD FIND IT..ONCE YOU SEND ME THE FIRST BOX ( I COULDN'T FIND) I MAY ORDER AGAIN. SO OUT OF TWO ORDERS BOTH IN THE WRONG PLACE WHEN DROPPED OF, THEY BOTH SPOILED.....AND NO SPICY HOT FOOD.

Yeah I've had a factor a couple times but they always got it in the right place they put it on the sunny side of the house it was halfway melted everything even though it rained it's sunny all day today and part of yesterday so I don't know how much of its ruined but when you say under the carport on the landing where they put it was just a little staircase no carport no nothing like that the car is in the carport it's real easy to fallow instructions.
I'm alone and I can't cook I just got out of the hospital from major surgery I was expecting food yesterday and nothing now they want me to wait 10 days to get a refund I will never use a factor again not under these circumstances

I was finally able to contact a human being who assured me she would prevent anymore products being delivered. I am loath to eat food packaged and heated up in plastic.

The vegetable portions are tiny, slimy and flavorless. The main entrees I was sent were Italian and all tasted worse that the small supermarket frozen dinner that are much less expensive . I have literally throw up after eating the items with the green bean and chicken combinations; Marie Calendar's chicken entrees taste much better and offer more for a cheaper price. I can get 3 or 4 meals out of Costo's prepared offering and the taste is far superior.Their shephards's pie is a treat.

I look at what is labeled on the outside of the Factor box , then go on to the next hoping for a better option. I am repeated disappointed. The main course is usable a cheap Italian related option that is really low quality.

If the food were good, the proportions would be too small for the price. Considering the taste, I cannot finish a whole dinner.

First of all, they want your credit card information before you even see the menu. Then, when you see the menu, to your shock, there are six and 700 cal in these meals. That is no diet plan, and I want no part of it.
