I am an extremely happy customer now. Factor refunded me my whole $100 and also sent me the food.
I am going to try them again in the future since they came through on the customer service. Good job Factor, that's how you do it if you want to keep customers.
I had a family emergency and had to go out of town, and I paused my box. Before I could get back and look at it, I guess my time had expired, and I have a box coming to me now for $100, and I haven't got to pick my meals. It seems to me that if you cared about your customer, you might have seen that this was my first box and I bought it at a discount, not $100. Nobody tried to contact me, nobody cared, just sent me food I didn't want and charged me almost double.
I was going to use Factor from now on because of my food restrictions and my fibromyalgia. Because you did me wrong on my very first box, you have lost my money for the rest of my life. You would have made so much money, but you lost it for a quick $100 for food I didn't even want. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my whole life.
You don't care one bit about me as a customer or the fact that I really needed your food and I can't prepare meals.
Thanks a lot, I will spread the word about how you did me so wrong. Don't care about your customers one bit.

Preferred solution: I would like the original eight boxes of food that I chose. I would like to pay $58 that I originally agreed to and have the remainder of the $100 returned to me. I think that is fair. And then I would possibly continue on with this company. We shall see

Wrong order
Received an order that I didn't order, will not eat any of the boxes, was supposed to skip a week but got an order probably another person's order. This is the reason I stopped using Factor. I would like to be credited for the order that I received today or I will have to cancel future orders.

Cancel any receivement of goods ASAP
Too high a price. Top bland and oddly spiced foods.
The main dishes taste too much the same. The plastic containers may be dangerous to store and cook he food.
User's recommendation: Go to Costco and buy their premade meals. especially the shepherd's pie and rotisserie chicken /

Credit the order received today and do not send unordered meals that have been skipped this is the reason why I canceled factor orders in past now the same thing is happening again

Avoid if high blood pressure
Got a fire in the mail decided to check out this company and coincidentally the same day my friend recommended this company. After going through the process of creating the account with my debit information address then you get to pick a meal plan after researching the meal plans and noticed their sodium content was way too high I canceled the membership and thought that was the end of it.
Now today I'm getting a notification my mail has been processed by third party company. When I called the company they said that I need to refer to factory 75 to cancel the order. When calling the factory 75 company and the Philippines they said they could do nothing other than leave a note and feedback about the process of ordering and finalizing the orders.
I never picked a meal plan and did not finalize the order this is definitely suspicious and suspect that they could send a meal plan without me applying my diuretic restrictions. Don't trust this company specially since they outsource to the Philippines who could care less about customer service.

I have a freezer full of factor meals, which is not a bad thing, but every week was just too many meals. I'm running out of room in my freezer, so I changed to once a month, which seems more my pace.
You all were very professional. Thank you very much.

Very simple after waiting 10 minutes to get through talk to an agent and then I was disconnected. No one called me back.

I tried to cancel the subscription. It's assumed that they won't charge my account anymore. I don't want their service.
Deliivery
Delivery date Monday and arrived wednesday night. Ice bags not frozen, ford and bags a scattered inside the box.
Upon investigation, the food dinners was short by 2 then it was not what I ordered.
The tracking showed the box was delivered to FedEx on Thursday the week before and not sent out until Tuesday.
I have changed my schedule delivery to Wednesday. If this happens again, I am cancelling my account.
Food is great!
I would like to have a contact number in order to make sure my menu choices are correct.
I believe that multiple accounts were created accidentally and I would like to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
The meals are amazing with multiple options for any and all dietary needs. Chef prepared - people loved!

zero experience other than factor not answering the phone. Called twice. Both same result- no answer,- I give up
Unable to access website or links
Immediate issue resolved; however. Ongoing problem of not being g able to access website, including thru links you sent has not been resolved.
Still just see a black screen when accessing website or most links. Rep provided a go around to get in.
Cancel new subscription
I want to cancel my new subscription. Cant afford $1000 a month for two meals a day.
Your site is too hard for me to navigate. Ive waited to talk to someone twice but a 55 minute wait the first time NQD the second time was an hour wait. The live chase had me waiting too. I do not appreciate the service so far.
Please cancel my order to be delivered August 11th so please respond ASAP.

The meal service must be stopped. Facing dire family medical emergency.

You say you ORDERED your box at $58 then you paused it? If you mean you canceled what you ordered (and it did not ship or get wasted in any way) they should honor the $58 initial offer.
Don't blame them. You know how it works because you paused it.
They send emails you ignored. You messed up.
